Most of my career has been spent designing enterprise products, where understanding why things became complex has always mattered more than making them look simple. One of my first design lessons came from a button someone added because there was space for it. My manager's response stayed with me: every element has to earn its place.
I'm a Senior UX Designer at Siemens, working on tools used by electrical engineers across Europe. My work sits between engineering logic, business goals, and the people relying on these systems every day. I believe in making ideas tangible early, validating them quickly, and refining them through continuous collaboration.
I've been paying close attention to how AI is reshaping design workflows like specification-driven UX, AI-assisted prototyping, prompt-driven interfaces, and design-to-code workflows. The tools are changing faster than most teams are ready for.
